Jon didn't start in construction. He started in a workshop, building guitars by hand:

As a luthier, Jon hand-crafted custom instruments where the margin for error is zero. That obsession with getting it right followed him into restoration — where quality determines whether a repair holds up for decades. It isn't just repaired; it's built right.

Over 12 years and more than 800 projects, Jon has mastered every category of construction:
